Power Tips to 6 Pack
Abs
Here is the information you
need to having 6 pack abs.
1. Know your own abilities.
When starting a life changing training or a dieting regimen it
is very important that you know your limits. Most individuals
overwhelm their bodies and give up half way through the
process. The reason is because they have no proper plan of
attack, and or mental prepare ness. The best way to stay out of
this trouble is to make goals low but never miss them. You see
if aim too high at first, it wears on you. Make goals so you
can hit them regularly but never ever miss them. Your body will
go through significant changes and it might test your will and
moods.
Stay focus, write down some
daily positive affirmations, or cut out pictures for you dream
body you want and use it as motivation. Mainly stay on track
with your self and donot cheat on your self. When you figure
out the game mentally the rest is a piece of cake. This is the
hardest part of getting washboard abs and increasing your
personal performance, which most miss on. Do not fall, stay up
and persevere the process, it will be the best reward you will
ever have personally and the most incredible journey. After all
you control your own results.
2. Strenghten your main
core. Crunches and machines will not make you thinner or
stronger. When developing six pack
abs think of a bigger
picture. Your main core (back, and abdominal muscles) needs to
be strong to accommodate powerful ab workout regimens that give
you ripped abs. Make your
back strong (gradually) by calisthenic exercises(push ups
etc.), weights and cardiovaslucar workouts such as running,
jogging, bike, sports etc.) in order for your abs to show you
must have at least 10-12% body fat.
Strengthening your core
will allow you to do the most effective ab workouts that most
cannot do for optimum results. Don't wast time and money with
machines that promise overnight results. Like stated above keep
your goals low but never miss. Gradually increase your core
strength and you will do the most amazing productive ab
workouts.
3. Do your homework.
Understand the different types of ab excersises. Note how your
body reacts to them. Are you sore? Where? Major changes? What
happened? This is important because you must know how the
abdominals work, and what causes them to get stronger. Simple
abdominal crunches are effective if done right.
If the exercise seems easy,
most likely nothing is happening and you are wasting your time.
Strengthen your body core first, and stick with your plan of
attack. Biking is very effective, I recommend you get a
stationary bike and use it every day for at least 20 minutes in
a high setting for optimal calorie burning. Do this for a
couple of weeks. With a solid low fat diet and core
strengheting you will see results. Remember quality versus
quantity and be "patient".
4. Ask for Help. Donot be
afraid to ask some one for input. Wheter is a fit person you
run into or a qualified training professional. The best advice
will some from some one that walks the talk, you get the point.
Again note their advice try it and see if it fits your regimen.
Ask them about their eating habits, timing and ratios and about
their overall workouts.
It is a great idea to hire
a qualified personal trainer that gives you a detailed plan.
The best trainers will spend quality time figuring out your
personal schedule and good or bad habits. So with these points
in mind get out there and get some proper advice.
5. Make it Fun. If you make
it to hard, you will give up. Nobody likes to feel they are
being dragged to things. Donot ever make your plan of attack a
drag. Keep it easy at first but effective. Repetition is the
name of the game with habits. You must figure out how to make
it fun and exciting. I rather work out with a partner, or pick
some awesome up beat music. When you feel low, it is crusial
that you stop that thinking immediately. We control how we
feel, and how we act. Subconsiously your body will not
encourage you to follow through.
As your mind will try to
convince you not to do it. This is why keeping goals simple and
effective will make your break you. Have someone track your
results, this is often a motivator for some. Go in it with a
group of buddies at work, and create some friendly weekly
competition. Be creative and get passionate about it. There you
have it, simple and consistent is the game. Play the game
right, get your 6 pack abs and we will see you in the beaches
of the world.
